The US Air Force Memorial
The memorial is on a bluff overlooking
Washington, DC
The sand colored building is the Pentagon
as viewed from the Air Force Memorial. From
here you can also see Arlington Cemetery,
the Lincoln, Jefferson and Washington
Memorials as well as the Capital Dome and
the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

The spires are over 300 hundred feet tall
and represent the missing man formation.
The glass monolith in the front further
explains the missing man formation.

The wall was much bigger than we expected,

We were told there are always a lot of visitors
to this memorial but it was extremely quiet,
no conversations going on.
