My Cousin Dan and Judy's Visit

Steve took such great pictures of the tulip fields!

For the beauty of the earth . . .

For the glory of the skies . . .

We took a number of day trips. This is a view from Mt. Aire,
in Anacortes, WA. This is overlooking some of the
small islands near the San Juans.

Another view from Mt. Aire

This is looking down from a bridge over looking
Deception Pass, the tides flow in and out through a
very narrow gap, causing some strong currents as you
can see from the picture.
Dan and Judy visited us for six days before their Alaska
Cruise. This is Judy, our Jeff and Dan. The Skagit
Valley Tulip Festival is usually in April but Mother
Nature was kind to us and the blooms lasted
into early May. This is just one of the many fields.
And of course Steve, myself, Dan and Judy enjoying the
flowers, the sun and a bit of wind.
